We are all inventors.

As a child, I was very curious. Everything I saw on any type of media, even colors were very important to me. Every day, we see pictures around us, colors, we read texts, or listen to sounds. All those things make us realize how humans have imagination and can be very creative. We often think that creativity is an exercise that is reserved to a certain type of field especially in advertising or marketing. But every day, we all create. We often try to find new ways to get things done. We want to amaze people and do things in an original manner.

As true as each of us is unique, I believe that everyone has the gift to create, to make something from nothing and change things around us. Human creativity has influenced the world and is still having the same impact. As for me, creativity is a power and the source of life. Everything we use, everything we see, listen and say is a creation, something brand new and original. The greatest inventions, the different artworks, music, films… are only a few sides of what humans are capable of. We have such a power in us, and we ignore the possibilities of it in our lives.

Inspiration, which I consider to be the source of creativity, is the essence of everything. Whatever inspires humans: feelings (love, evil,) material facility (machines,) etc., they are all the source of the world inhabitants actions.

We all have to be aware of this. We are all inventors; we are all creators, and those who are aware of this power they have, are those who change and influence the world.

I Have Learned That Life Give Me a Second Chance.

My name is Solongo Ariguun and I came from Mongolia. After my high school graduation in Mongolia, I preferred to take an exam which can be decided my whole life. Unlike in the U.S, every student in my country who finished high school must take this final exam. During this exam, Ministry of Education staff gave a score to each student and made an order for more to less. In the result, student who stands up in the first row could choose his or her favourite college first. Even though I had a good, even best grade and recommendation, it did not help me to attend my favourite college. The final exam was the only factor that can decide what college I can attend. The day came. Even though I prepared a lot, I lost my chance to be the leader. I disappointed myself and my whole hope was blown away. I felt like I drowning in an ocean without rescue because I know how education was important to us in this era. However, life gave me another chance to test and show myself on more time. I saw an advertisement on TV which said that I can get 75% scholarship and go to the U.S. Of course, if I compete with other student and if I will be the leader. It is a huge chance to get a quality education with that lower cost in U.S. Also I can see multiple nation at one time. This time I had no right to lose. I did not lose my chance. I found my self confidence again. Moreover, I found that life did not treat me too harsh. I believe in second chances. Every time, everywhere we lose our chance but life always give us another chance if we can find it.

Where there is a will, there is a way

I believe where there is a will, there is a way.
I grew up in a poor family. I lived in a village faraway from downtown. My mother is a peasant. My father was a worker. I have one sister and two brothers and I am the oldest one among them. We had little food to eat and worn clothes to wear during my childhood. Everyday I had to walk for almost an hour to go to school. I had to cook my lunch and my sibling’s at school when I was as young as ten years old. I believe if I study hard, I can change the situation in the future for my family and for my generations.
With my parents’ kindness and tough support, I got chances to study from elementary school, high school until college. My parents had almost all they earned to support our education. We were happy and proud of our parents though many peers had to quit from school because of poverty. I believe I will change my life and my family’s and get upward mobility.
I was very sad that my father passed away when I was just in college. My affectionate dad went away from us before my belief came true. He left over my sad mother, my younger sister, two younger brothers and me. I had to support the whole family and I still did not finish my college. I want to finish my study. My father’s will was that all of us graduate from university and it is also my hope. I took several part-time jobs at that time. I studied hard and interacted in the student union. I got a scholarship so that I had money to pay for college fees. I worked part-time to support my sister’s and brothers’ studies. I tried every effort to support our lives. I graduated from college and got a job at the month of graduation. I started my career in a large-sized company and got a promotion after one year. Now my sister and my brothers have graduated from university too.
I believe lives will be improved if you are willing to do so and adhere to your will. Where there is a will, there is a way. This I believe.

Think positive

In the whole of my life, I have a motto which is think positive. This is from my experience. When I was a high school student, I dreamed going to a medical school. However when I was in third year of high school, I realized that I had a physical problem. It was too severe headache and shoulder pains that I couldn’t focus on my study. After all, I had to give up my dream, and I reproached myself for everything. This hard time had continued to when I was in the army. I had been in the depths of despair. In the meantime, I found a book about the great words of the ancient Asian philosophers and read it. It gave me a lesson that how important positive thinking is in people’s life. I was impressed, and I changed my mind. Then everything was changed. The whole of the world around me looked like different. I became to have a strength which I can get through my problem, and I never hid myself in the shadow of self-hated. After army I returned to my school, and I got a surgery. After graduation from pharmacy school I passed board exam for being pharmacist. Now I am healthier than ever before and I keep moving forward for another goal. I’d rather think of my hard time as thankful. Because of that, I learned really important lesson for my life. Think positive! Then everything will be changed.
